Your path to something better starts here. This is your time to reconnect, reflect, and move forward with support.
You're ready to stop holding it all in and start feeling like yourself again
You’ve probably tried pushing through, staying busy, or downplaying what you’re feeling. Maybe you’ve told yourself it’s not that bad, or that you should be able to handle it on your own. But beneath the surface, the worry, pressure, and second-guessing keep taking up space. You’re no longer interested in just getting through the day—you want to feel steadier, more connected, more you.
Therapy can help you get there.
Therapy that goes deeper
I work with adults who are tired of holding it all together and ready for something more real—with themselves, their emotions, and their needs.
This isn’t just about managing symptoms or learning to “cope.”
It’s about gently untangling the patterns that keep you stuck—perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the fears or insecurities that quietly shape how you move through the world—so you can live with more self-trust, clarity, and calm.
Together, we’ll explore how past experiences—especially the ones you’ve minimized or pushed aside—still influence how you show up today. How your nervous system responds to stress. How you relate to others. How hard you can be on yourself.
You’ll learn to turn inward with more compassion and less criticism.
To set boundaries that honor your needs—not just keep the peace.
To feel your feelings fully—without being overwhelmed by them.
This is a space to slow down, exhale, and come back to yourself.

A space for insight, relief, and lasting change
I bring warmth, honesty, and full presence into the therapy space. Clients often tell me they feel like they can finally exhale here—that they don’t have to perform, hide, or keep it all together.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and emotionally attuned. You won’t be met with silence or a clinical wall. Instead, you’ll get curiosity, steady guidance, and someone who’s genuinely in it with you.
I take time to truly understand your story—not just what’s painful, but what’s shaped you, what matters most, and who you’re becoming.
We’ll work on two levels:
Healing the past – the emotional wounds and protective patterns that formed along the way
Supporting the present – by building tools to help you navigate life with more steadiness and self-compassion
Some sessions might focus on learning new skills or shifting perspectives. Other days may be about sitting with something heavy—and not having to carry it alone.
Our work goes beyond just talking about problems. I integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, and parts work to help you connect with yourself—not just mentally, but emotionally and physically.
This means you’ll feel the difference, not just think your way through it.

My Background
-
I'm trained in a range of therapy approaches, which allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs, goals, and preferences. I often blend methods to support both emotional insight and practical change.
Some of the approaches I draw from include:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)- Basic Certified
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
IFS-informed & Ego State Therapy
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
Trauma Related: Trauma Focused ACT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, TF-CBT
Gottman Method Level 1 for couples therapy
I also incorporate self-compassion, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help you build a stronger connection with your body and emotions. These approaches can support you in developing a more caring, accepting relationship with yourself—especially during moments of pain, overwhelm, or emotional discomfort.
By weaving together these tools, we can create a therapeutic experience that’s flexible, supportive, and meaningful for where you are in your journey.
