Come Back to Yourself.

Reconnect with What Matters.

Therapy for thoughtful, high-achieving people who feel overwhelmed by pressure, expectations and the constant sense that they should be doing more— or doing it better.

Find more ease, clarity, and a life that feels like your own again.

You keep it all together—but inside, it doesn’t feel like it’s enough

Every day can feel like a balancing act. You’re keeping up with work, maintaining relationships, and trying to manage everything life asks of you. From the outside, it may even look like you’re handling things well.

But internally, it often feels very different.

There’s the pressure to keep moving and the quiet sense that you should be able to handle more. Even when you’re doing your best, it can still feel like you’re falling short.

Some days you push through without slowing down. Other days you feel drained—caught in self-doubt or weighed down by anxiety. And when things finally get quiet, your mind doesn’t always follow. Conversations replay, decisions get second-guessed, and you find yourself wondering when things will start to feel easier.

Living this way can be exhausting.

Struggling doesn’t mean you’re doing life wrong.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s been driving these patterns, and begin creating a life that feels steadier and more fulfilling.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Your mind keeps running long after the day is over, replaying conversations and wondering if you said or did the wrong thing.

  • You hold yourself to high standards and still feel like you should be doing more—or doing it better.

  • Small decisions can turn into hours of overthinking as you try to get everything exactly right.

  • Saying no feels uncomfortable, so you often take on more than you realistically have the time or energy for.

  • Your inner critic is quick to point out mistakes or remind you of things you “should have handled differently.”

  • Even when life looks stable on the outside, you still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained.

  • In relationships, you often find yourself carrying the emotional weight while your own needs stay in the background.

Hi, I’M TERRA.

I’m a therapist who shows up with warmth, curiosity, and zero pressure. I believe healing begins when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start listening more closely to what’s going on underneath the surface.

Many of the people who come to see me are thoughtful, capable, and deeply responsible. They’re often the ones others rely on—the ones who show up, work hard, and carry a lot for the people around them. On the outside they seem to be managing. Internally, though, they’re overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or disconnected from themselves.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself in a way that finally allows things to change-- and creating the space to explore your patterns, your emotions, and the experiences that shaped the way you move through the world.

Together we slow things down. We explore what’s been keeping you stuck and begin building new ways of relating to yourself and others. Over time, many of my clients find they feel calmer, more confident in their decisions, and more connected to the life they want to be living.

  • You hold yourself to high standards and feel responsible for keeping others happy. Over time this can leave you exhausted and disconnected from your own needs. In therapy we work on softening the inner critic, setting healthier boundaries, and creating more space for self-compassion.

  • Painful past experiences—whether from childhood or more recent relationships—can shape how safe you feel with others and how you see yourself. Therapy offers a supportive space to process those experiences and reconnect with your strength, your boundaries, and your sense of self.

  • You care deeply about others—but sometimes that means losing sight of yourself or staying stuck in cycles that leave you drained. Therapy can help you build relationships that feel more balanced and authentic, where your needs and voice matter too.

  • Some experiences remain stuck in the nervous system long after they’ve happened. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a structured approach that helps your brain process distressing memories using eye movements and guided imagery. Many people begin to feel meaningful relief in a relatively short amount of time. Many clients feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease—often in just 1-2 sessions.
