From there, we’ll build tools you can use right away: practices to calm spiraling thoughts, regulate emotions that feel like they take over, and steady your body when it’s tense or restless. With practice, you’ll start to respond more effectively to stress instead of getting swept away by it.

Some sessions may be more hands-on and practical, others more reflective or body-based. We’ll follow what feels most supportive in the moment—whether that’s practicing grounding skills, unpacking a stressful situation, or gently exploring the deeper fears that keep your mind on high alert.
