Accelerated Resolution Therapy

A new way to heal—fast, gentle and lasting.

A gentle, effective way to heal from the past—without reliving it

You may be carrying painful memories, images, or emotions that still feel “stuck”—even after years of trying to move on. These experiences can show up as anxiety, relationship struggles, or patterns you can’t seem to shift.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories—without having to talk through every detail. Using guided eye movements and visualization, ART helps “recode” memories so they lose their emotional charge, and no longer hijack your feelings, reactions, or sense of safety.

Many clients describe ART as surprisingly fast, creative, and empowering. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the process, and most people begin to notice meaningful change within just a few sessions.

What ART can help with:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Anxiety, panic, and phobias

  • Grief and complicated loss

  • Relationship pain and betrayal

  • Childhood wounds and attachment trauma

  • Negative self-image

  • Performance anxiety

  • Medical trauma or health anxieties

  • And any other experience that can be traced back to a memory or set of memories

What a session looks like

ART sessions are structured and focused, but always paced at your comfort. You’ll choose an issue or memory to work on—you won’t need to share every detail. While you hold the memory in mind, I’ll guide you through a series of eye movements and visualizations designed to shift how it’s stored.

As the memory reprocesses, the emotional charge begins to fade. Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace. Some describe it as “magic”; others are simply relieved to find something that works without retraumatizing them.

  • You’re open to using a structured, step-by-step process with visualization

  • You want a body-based, experiential approach—not just talk therapy

What clients often say after art sessions…

“I didn’t expect to feel that much relief so quickly.”

Clients are often surprised at how much shifts in just one session—especially after feeling stuck for so long.

“All the tension just left my body.”

Many clients describe a physical sense of release—like their body finally letting go of pain it’s been holding onto for years.

“It felt like my brain knew exactly what to do.”

ART taps into your brain’s natural ability to heal, often knowing exactly what you need or needed at the time of the event, to help bring closure and resolution.

“I don’t believe that about myself anymore.”

As the emotional weight of the memory lifts, harsh self-beliefs like “I’m not enough” or “It was my fault” often shift—without needing to be talked through or challenged.

“It’s like the memory is still there, but it doesn’t have the same charge.”

You don’t forget what happened—but it no longer overwhelms you emotionally or physically.

“That image doesn’t bother me anymore- or it’s gone completely.”

Disturbing visual memories and body sensations often lose their intensity—and sometimes disappear entirely.

I want you to know:

Healing is possible.

And it doesn’t have to take years.

Let’s work together to release what you’ve been carrying—so you can feel more at peace and more like yourself again.
